BDD or Big Dick Disease, is a wholesome disease where your penis is too heavy. Symptoms may include, but are not limited to: light headedness from lack of blood to the upper half of the body, Always sleeping, not worrying about anything, and a good friend all around.
Mark: I just got back from the doctor today.
Brad: Did they give you medicine for your BDD?
Mark: BDD??
Brad: Yeah that, Big Dick Disease!
