Puzzle Piece 

Referring to someone who’s behavior is parallel with the stereotypical, and often exaggerated traits of someone suffering from Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), or Down Syndrome. A social driven adaptation of the term, “Retard”; created out of a necessity for a word with identical meaning that can be used appropriately in a public setting.

The act of being able to perform intercourse while maintaining a full erection and urinating simultaneously.
