NTE Speed

Not To Exceed Speed; The speed at which an airplane must not exceed else it will fall apart. This usually results in a bad day for anyone on board the plane.

Person 1: Damn! That plane's wings just flew off!

Person 2: No shit, it surpassed its NTE Speed.
