device used for disguising marijuana smoke. Consists of stuffing an empty toilet paper roll with bounce sheets and covering the end with a bounce sheet fastened to the tube by an elastic.Commonly used in college dorms who enforce a strict no smoking policy.

guy 1: yo do you wanna hit the bong?
guy 2: yeah sure, but we gotta use the ghoster or else we could get in shit
