chigma

The one who is both a Chad, but also sigma. A man of this status treats others fairly while also taking good care of his health, but to the largest manner possible. He is buff, but does not flaunt such great strength, but instead uses it to assist the ones who need it the most.

Person 1: Did you hear of the guy who saved a man from drowning?
Person 2: Yes, he is a true chigma.
