An individual, group or entity participating in an establishment, concept or field and impacting it negatively, to a point which the original establishment, concept or field either experience a setback in progress, no longer fulfill the original intent or becomes unrecognisable. Impact could be through direct or indirect action(s). Impact could be the result of intentional or unintentional infliction.
