mentoner 

n. A derogatory label for an uneducated, unrefined person. The word orginally referred to people from the Southern California town of Mentone, near San Bernardino--a locale occupied mostly by people of lower educational and economic level. Similar in meaning to "hillbilly" or "white trash."

n. a penis that is signficantly shrunken due to exposure to cold air temperatures or cold water.
