Laughing Out Loud Silently To Myself. In between LOL and LSTM. When you hiccup (figuratively) upon hearing something humorous but don't quite chortle.

Billy: I want to see the new Werner Herzog film.

Jamie: Werner is a little dramatic, which is good and funny...

Billy: maybe I will go alone tomorrow.

Jaime: yeah, then you can LOLSTM.

Billy: or just lol.

Jaime: sumthin like that.
