Greasefarting is the act of farting when the anal cavity is experiencing conditions such as "swamp ass." Generally, it results from a lack of cleanliness of the top of the ass crack down to the gooch(a.k.a. skin-bridge).
After a long day of hot, sweaty work and three bowls of chili, John unleashed his greasefarting ass upon the unsuspecting welfare mothers standing in line for government cheese.
