A scooter with a motor or a moped. mostly ridden bye fags, homo's, and or people who have no sense of cool. it is a moped any moped as long as it looks like a moped and functions as one it is considered a Fagio the word Fagio originated from GTA Vice city. the little putt putt motor really goes "Fast" and was perfect for low level transportation. even the pizza man did not care if you took the piece of crap because he thought he would of got a mans bike. like a Harley Davidson.
