A girl of great talent, usually trans-sexual and likes photography. Or if not the above statement, A women with a pierced clitors who is a complete bitch.

Ex. 1 Man, shes so talented she must be a Sharly.

Ex. 2. wow, the way she was acting up tonight her name should be Sharly.
