"More than you wanted to know", used in written communications where the writer has just included a substantial amount of irrelevant and unimportant, though perhaps mildly interesting, information.
Wednesday at 6:00? I'll be there, though I may be a few minutes late since I have to take my dog for a walk after I get home from work or else he gets restless and chews on the furniture, and he doesn't always want to go home as quickly as I'd like, especially if he sees a squirrel in someone's yard, so it's hard to predict exactly how long that will take.
