Sage Francis is an old and bitter hip-hop artist who has built his career on an intellectual facade and
self-righteous lyrics that preach what he doesn't care to practice. His fan-base is comprised of naive
armchair activists, teenage
elitists with low self-esteem, and impressionable
hipsters that thrive on diets of myspace and indie folk music. His "strange fame" has begun to dwindle back into obscurity as of late. I'm sure it doesn't help that he burns bridges with the most talented people he has worked with due to his
narcissistic personality.
