Flooge

An outdated weed inhalation device, typically used with a different type of weed, referred to as “Wreed”. Wreed is inhaled from the flooge, leading to make one feel “tweaked”

“No way bro you got a Flooge???”
“I just took the fattest hit of this Flooge and i’m tweaking.”
