This can be used to identify a person you work with. This is a stuck-up person that walks around the office thinking they are better then everyone else. This person may wear trendy clothes and does not socialize with others outside of work. This person may be on a power trip.

He walks around so {prissy} with his trendy clothes that his wife/mom dressed him with.
