Eruv, Erub or Eruvin in plural; A perimeter usually strung on the utility poles (often rope) that combines seperate pieces of property into one large parcel, it enables jews to observe the traditional Shabbat rules allowing them to carry kids and belongings anywhere inside the perimeter
