1. a person who willingly looks past established facts, instead preferring to read, tweet, post and/or share items that only reinforce opinions previously formed. 2. Electronic, print, or social media figures that propagate opinions as fact, or knowingly transmit items known to be false, as long as the item has truthfulness. 3. a person who is too heavily influenced by group-think to form their own opinion.
