A person who is completely crazy, and who lives in the Southern area of Wales. They usually wear plaid pants, but you can sometimes find them with an orange vest. If you are a kakawakadoo, you probably have an alligator as a pet, because, historically speaking, kakawakadoos owned alligators as a tribute to their God, hakionakh. (Hak-ee-oo-nack-huh). Also, kakawakadoos are often linked back to dinosaurs, because of the scales and spikes on their back, although no evidence directly connecting them to these creatures has been found.
