A white individual (generally male) who acts black. A wank-wank is an extreme case of wansterism, and is not to be taken seriously. You can usually find a wank-wank outside your local Wal-Mart. He will be wearing icy-cold bling bling, and will be hitting on girls half his age. Somehow, he will inevitabley convince 14-15 year old girls he is cool. If you spot a wank-wank, spit on him, then insult his backpack.

K-Fed is such an effing wank-wank.
