Similar to sheep. Someone who is a slave to popular culture; listens to the in music, wears the in clothes. Usually a person with a sheep/herd mentality, unable to form his/her own opinions.
Todd listens to 50 Cents because everyone else listens to it; he also wears FUBU because that's what everyone else wears.
