An individual that comes to prom, usually with a fat girl, and then proceeds to try to pick up other people's dates. Usually targeting people's really drunk dates first.
Hey man, there are fins in the water. John is such a prom shark. He just grabbed up my girlfriend and dragged her to the dance floor.
