A way to describe a person who is never on time.

A person who is afraid of getting sick.

OR

A person who thinks a 10 min walk is a 3 hour thing.

Guy1: where's my date?
Guy2: idk my date is here...your date is such a brooke, like omg!
Girl1: UGH WE HAD THIS LIBRARY DOUBLE DATE 33 MINUTES AGO! WHY IS BROOKE BEING SO BROOKISH!
