What you say to someone you think is full of shit or who is telling a ridiculous story. Comes from the slogan "Give me a break."

"I've probably slept with thousands of women."

"Kit Kat, you wish you'd slept with *a* woman."

OR

"Kit Kat, there's no way you actually stole that cat from your Aunt's house."
