To have meaningless six with a white persons who things they are "ganster" for money, clothes, jewlery, etc. Usually with three or more people at once. Usually mixed genders. Whinkle devried from the term Whink. To "Whinkle" somone(s) is exrucitatingly painful, but brings pleasure to ones face once completed.
