When you extricate a long, dry, multi-directional strand of snot from your nostril resembling a spider web. Often due to arid conditions or proximity to a great deal of dirt or clay (like on a baseball diamond).
Dude... I got spider nose something fierce... I think the web I just pulled out reached all the way back to my brain.
