An act of publicly declaring that one is depressed or tired, out of sheer boredom, then manically laughing and running off shortly after.
"I know she's christying me. She just told me that she was depressed, now she's talking happily about narwhals."

Noaing
An act of talking solemnly to a person, only to get distracted by the most random thing, and then forgetting what one was talking about, then being confused and laughing it off with obnoxious, endless giggles.
"I just got Noaed. I can't seriously remember anything I said for the last ten minutes."
"Would she, for the life of her, stop Noaing me?! She was just about to tell me a secret!"
"I hate getting Noaed."
