someone who is really into any intense form of electronic music, mainly dubstep; usually a person at one of these concerts who's constantly "wompin out" once that sick-ass bass hits the floor

-"Hey did you go to Bassnectar last night?"

-"Yea I did it was insanity. There were so many wompheads just lettin loose it was f**kin incredible."
