A item or object's ability to be used, or act like a Frisbee.

Friend 1: Hey can you pass me that coaster?

Friend 2: Yeah here *attempts to to toss coaster like it is a Frisbee across the table to Friend 1 but it lands in the middle *

Friend 1: Dude what was that? *retrieves coaster from middle of table *

Friend 2: Sorry I underestimated its Frisbebility

Poneywhip

The action of head banging so hard your put up hair hits you in the face.

Pronounced: Po-Knee-w-hip

"Did you really just poneywhip yourself."

"Is Suzy poneywhipping?"

"...and then I poneywhipped myself so hard that I lost balance and really hit the floor!"
