Tarlia, is a kind loving girl who is nice to anyone, she’s the one to trust. She has most likely been hurt before, which lead to depression, but she understands what someone is going through. A Tarlia is a best friend and someone you can trust forever, she will love you like a sister/brother. A Tarlia is usually a dancer in hip-hop and contemporary, when she starts dancing she feels the happiest she has been in a while, Tarlia is also loveable and hot, she is great in relationships, so if you find her keep her. She is often sad so don’t take that for granted and use her to make her hurt more.
