When you're smoking a blunt or joint with a group of friends...the first person to drop it has to (when the joint is done going around the group) finish the joint/blunt until the cherry burns his finger tips then has to swallow the cherry while still lit

"Hey Becky, if you drop that joint again, you're gonna have to Scooby Snack it once again!"
