1. The act of leaving work without actually clocking out to say you've done so.

2. Fudging your time card.

3. Doing something excessively "ghetto" in nature.

"Hey dude, I'm gunna bean out and head to 7-11, wanna come?"

"Hey dude, check it out, I fixed my wallet chain with a paper clip!"
"Dude, you totally beaned out.."

1. A word that can be used synonymously with words such as douchebag. asshat, jackass or any other derogatory statement.

2. A person that the world could do without.

My boss wouldn't give me today off. What a turdsack.
