"it" boy 

An it boy is the male counterpart of an it girl. It boys are effortlessly popular. They tend to be charming and sweet. "It Boys" usually have the latest clothes and the coolest friends. They are the center of attention. They're well connected and most tend to be snarky. This term is often used for popular guys at school, male celebrities, and fashion designers that are extremely prominent.

Jamie is cool, sly, and one of a kind, he's an "it" boy.
