A wannabe Cockney.

Someone who tries to mimic the Cockney accent, but is usually from a wealthy background and has likely never been to East London.

Jack: "Y'alright geez how's it going?"
Adam: "Didn't you go to boarding school and now live in Chiswick?"
Jack: "Yeah mate"
Adam: "You are such a Wockney"
