The sissy hiss: that annoying, snake-like hissing sound some queens make when they speak. To other gay men it is slightly less appealing than an unwashed, yeast infected, menstruating pussy. The sissy hiss has been known to make grown men point and laugh (often to be followed by a significant gay bashing event).
