In an awkward situation one will point their pinky and index fingers down while the other two fingers are held up by the thumb. Another person near you will then put one hand on each of your two fingers and slide them down. The more times this motion is repeated and its speed is determined by how awkward the situation is.

You seem very uncomfortable, would you like to milk my awkward cow?
