Someone who goes on holiday, then proceeds to tweet and post statuses with content that is deliberately intended to make you jealous, and does so effectively.

Hey man, did you see Harry's status last night? it was "the beach is beautiful, it's so hot here and i had loads of wild sex last night, just chilling with a beer in a hammock now"
