tadipaar 

1. A criminal who is banned to enter a place where he has committed a crime.

2. Expelling a miscreant from a city. Explanation: When a criminal frequently indulges in crimes, he is expelled from that city. He is not allowed to enter that city again without obtaining the prior permission.

Amit Shah was exiled out of Gujarat as a Tadipaar from 2010 to 2012 on CBI petition to Judge Aftab Alam as CBI had concerns he would use his political power to prevent justice from taking its course.
