Hey neighbor

A phrase said when spotting an attractive female or male, or when aware that your partner, or somebody else has an erection that is visible (usually female to male, or homosexual men to each other". Also a greeting to one's neighbor.

Bobby: hey, dude looks over there at that girl!
Joe: Hey there neighbor!

Or,

Sally: /sits down on lap and feels a lump,
Sally: hey neighbor!
