In black (nigger) culture, dad is a fictional character many dream of one day meeting. It is also a high belief among the black community that dads are just a rumor started by big government propaganda to make them feel more out of place for not having one.

Black guy1: aye nigga I hear ya found ur dad.

Black guy2: nah nigga I bet you belief in tha toof fairy too, dumb nigga.
