Bailogina- A person who cannot speak for themselves; especially adults. They act like a child while they may be much, much older. A bailogina has a fetish for harming others and being very very annoying. A bailogina person is usually ugly and cannot find a partner due to question in sexuality and uglyness.

Person One: You see that ugly, annoying bitch over there?
Person Two: Yeah... why?
Person One: That right there is what you a "Bailogina"
