Someone who will dick your mind. This kind of person will either be a little shit or a big alcoholic. They'll tell you they're gonna help you do something and they will not. Most of the time svancara's can be found wasting their lives away drinking and pasted out. All in all this kind of person is a fuck up.

Jim:Hey did you get Sean to help you move.

Phill: nah he was arrested because of his drinking problem
