The tell-tale sign of a pedofile. A facial expression that is a fairly accurate dictation of whether or not, person in question rapes children or not. This expression is commonly a cross between a grin and a smirk. Pedosmile is a play on words, combining pedofile and smile.
Priest-with-pedosmile: Come little boys, I have cookies.. Don't you like cookies?
Boy 1: Yeah, they're great!
