A Halo: Reach meme, describing the Elite aliens due to their likeness to dinosaurs. The reference to "nigguh" describes the Elite with a racist tinge, similar to to refering to people of Arabic descent as "sand-niggers."

Chad: Bro, I hate playing playing as Elites on this map.

Phil: Why? When else can you scream at the enemy, "Gargle my dino-nigguh cawk mutha fucka!"
