To dribbel someone, is when you "outplayed" that person. Or if you dribbel the system, it means you "played" the system.

(Out playing someone = beeing tricked)

'He cheated in every test and got away with it!"

"Damn he dribbeled (dribbeln conjugated) the teacher!"
