Similar to dick pulling, this term means to talk simple minded with absolutely no intelligence or relevance to what someone is talking about. Some examples of Rose Hessing would be changing topics, talking senseless, or just plain out dick pulling.
Did you hear what Nick was saying? He was making absolutely no sense. He was Rose Hessing when he was texting me.
