Snobby or pretentious. Thinking you are better than others. To think or behave as though one is superior to others or better than one really is; to have or assume a pretentious or self-aggrandizing attitude.

The nice thing about her is that, in spite of being well-off, she doesn’t act horty torty!

A “bitch-on-stick” is simply being rude, snarky, or bitchy because it is convenience given the circumstance.

Being rude, snarky, or bossy simply because an individual feels entitled or superior given the convenient circumstances.

Gail was a bitch-on-a-stick to her guest, because she had the connections to reserve a condo in Hawaii.
