A prim person (most often female) of a fussy and respectable nature.

Obviously, no one who uses Urban Dictionary has ever looked up the word PRISSY in the actual dictionary.

Although the boys that didn’t know her well thought her to be wild and salacious, Jessica was quite reserved and prissy.
