The act of busting a nut and drawing glasses and a lightning bolt on another’s face. The person’s face will then resemble that of the famed literary protagonist, Harry Potter.

Jessica: Ah man, did you really just Horny Potter all over my face again?!
Alex: Yep, you’re a jizzer Harry.
