Addy Nap
The practice of taking Adderall (commonly referred to as Addy) prior to a short nap. During this period the Adderall has time to be completely ingested and enter the blood stream. Upon completing the short nap the individual will return as a highly functioning and motivated member of society. Adderall may be substituted for various other ADD/ADHD medications including but not limited to: Ritalin, Concerta, Focalin, etc.
