-this is a sophisticated way to belittle someone instead of using words such as idiot, moron, jerk, or retard.

-someone who has a problem with grasping easy concepts.

-someone who annoys you for always saying/doing incompetent things.

-a person who screws up more often then others.

1) my store manager was such a fartfünugan for not ordering enough soda for the company picnic.

2) you have to be a fartfünugan to pick a fight with a professional boxer.

3) my fartfünugan of a girlfriend forgot my birthday.
